Our in-house additive production cell has direct metal laser sintering printers sized to produce components as large as 9.85 by 9.85 by 8.5 inches (250 x 250 x 215 mm) in at least 12 different material types, including different grades of aluminum, cobalt chrome, nickel alloy, stainless steel and titanium.
Large component machining.
Our specialized in-house capabilities includes a large boring mill in addition to multiple 5-axis machining centers. This enables us to produce very large components weighing up to 17,000 lbs and measuring several feet in length.
